Course Objectives:
- Cultivate breathing & mindfulness habits to reduce stress
- Engage in gentle movement to support mobility
- Experience deep relaxation through sound healing
- Stimulate cognitive & sensory engagement through art
- Build emotional resilience, self-expression, & gratitude
- Foster community connection through reflection & play
Session Structure (Each 60-Minute Class):
- 10 min: Opening, breath & theme intro
- 10 min: Gentle movement or Zen flow
- 15 min: Sound bath (featured instrument)
- 15 min: Creative/art/tactile activity (mandala art, playing sound instrument, stone painting)
- 10 min: Reflection circle + closing handout (Journal card will be provided)
