Soukhyam Yoga is a sanctuary where ancient wisdom meets modern healing—through movement, sound, and breath. Founded by Tanvi Patil, a pharmacist, classical dancer, singer and yoga guide, it’s a journey back to inner peace and embodied wholeness.

Do I need experience to join?
Not at all. All sessions are beginner-friendly, trauma-informed, and guided with care. No prior yoga or meditation background required.
What do I need for virtual sessions?
A quiet space, a comfortable seat or place to lie down, and headphones for the best audio experience. Props (pillows, blankets) are optional but encouraged for comfort.
Can I book a private session?
Absolutely. We offer one-on-one virtual sessions tailored to your unique goals and energy needs.
